Scheduling was super easy, and they were the first to call back and thankfully didn’t ask me to wait there all day for them to show up. I can’t stand when service companies offer the options of 8-noon or 1 to 4. O’Connor said 12-1 they would be there and he was there at 12:20. Shyma was incredibly knowledgeable, and did not overexaggerate the issue just to charge me. It was not even as serious as I feared it would be, and he fixed some other little mishaps happening in my house too. So when it is serious, I will definitely call O’Connor first.

I had a faulty hot water tank. It was around 12 years old. Had taken quotes to replace the heater from famous plumbing companies in Tulsa and it was too high, but the quote from O'Connor Plumbing surprised me. It was 25% lower than other quotes so hired Shyma to do the job. There was an availability the very next day and they did the job in 2-3 hrs. I am really satisfied with their work. They installed a "Bradford White" heater, which is a high quality water heater.
